Dynamic Credit Group (DCG) comprises the asset management and direct lending firm Dynamic Credit, and the investor services platform LoanClear.
Regulations
Dynamic Credit is fully licensed for its activities by the relevant financial market regulators:
- Dynamic Credit Partners Europe B.V. is a registered investment company (Section 2:96 Act on Financial Supervision) and a registered financial service provider (Section 2:80 Act on Financial Supervision) with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
- Dynamic Credit Services B.V. is a registered financial service provider (Section 2:60 and 2:80 Act on Financial Supervision) with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
- Dynamic Credit Hypotheken B.V. has a license as a financial service provider and as offeror of mortgage loans (aanbieden van hypothecair krediet - 2:60 and 2:80Wft) in the Netherlands.
- bijBouwe Advies en Bemiddeling B.V. is a registered financial service provider (Section 2:75 and 2:80 Act on Financial Supervision) with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
- Dynamic Credit Financieringen B.V. has a license as a financial service provider and as offeror of mortgage loans (aanbieden van hypothecair krediet - 2:60 and 2:80Wft) in the Netherlands.
- Dynamic Credit Funds ICAV Is registered as an Irish collective asset-management vehicle in Ireland and authorized by the Central Bank pursuant to the Act and the AIFMD Regulations.
