Dynamic Credit's history as a direct lender
Building on its experience as a fixed income asset management firm, Dynamic Credit started facilitating investments in Dutch mortgages by launching the first mortgage loan mandate of the Netherlands in March 2014, with more mandates following in the years after.
In December 2015, Dynamic Credit set up the first online mortgage distribution platform of the Netherlands under its own label: bijBouwe. Funding for this label comes from pension funds, insurance companies, banks and the capital markets. In 2019, we launched its Consumer Buy-to-let mortgage proposition under the Dynamic label, with the ‘Dynamic Verhuurhypotheek’.
Over the past years, Dynamic has originated tens of thousands of loans, helping happy customers to a loan for a house to live in or to let out.
