HR Representative (6 months)

We are hiring: a HR Representative (24-32 hours, 6 months), in Amsterdam

We are looking for an HR Representative, who will keep our Talent Management team running smoothly. You are confident, self-sufficient, and know exactly what needs to be done to keep a HR-department rolling, including responsibilities surrounding sick leave administration. People feel comfortable reaching out to you, and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty. Organizing an office event or onboarding a new colleague, it’s all the same to you. You will work in an international team with highly skilled people and enjoy a creative atmosphere. Curiosity, and proactivity are in our DNA, and we all value quality of work.

Founded in 2003, Dynamic Credit has offices in Amsterdam, New York, and Jakarta. From there, Dynamic Credit grew exponentially, eventually becoming the full-service asset manager and direct lender it is today. Our mission is to create a better match between savings and credit, for a more prosperous and sustainable society. That match is made by creating investable products with good returns, while offering a faster, smoother and lower-cost product to borrowers.

An ideal candidate would:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in preferably Human Resources.
  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in HR related positions
  • Be fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
  • Have extensive knowledge of Dutch labour law & Wet verbetering Poortwachter
  • Be flexible, enthusiastic, and easy to approach
  • Be professional and knows how to deal with confidential information
  • Have strong organisational skills, be creative and have a can-do mentality
  • Knowledge of HR system Bamboo would be an advantage
  • Be available from 15th June till mid December 2021


  • Support the Head of HR on a daily basis
  • Keeping track of all personnel files and updating HR system (Bamboo)
  • Drafting Employment contracts and Employer Statements (based on our templates)
  • Responsible for all salary mutations and work closely with our salary administration and Finance Team
  • Sick leave administration (Company Doctor, UWV, Wet verbetering Poortwachter, Insurances)
  • Full responsibility for onboarding and offboarding employees (Visa, 30% ruling, contracts, VOG, welcome emails & packages)
  • Help create Happy Employees by spreading joy (Arranging parties and drinks, remembering birthdays, sending flowers, baby presents, gifts etc.).
  • Recruitment; posting job profiles, setting up job interviews, updating internal recruitment portal

Willingness to help with Office Management-related responsibilities such as:

  • Telephone, incoming mail, ordering supplies, facilities
  • Point of contact for external office related suppliers: such as the cleaning company, coffee provider, plants maintenance company, etc.
  • Reaching out whenever a colleague needs a hand
