Dynamic Credit is looking for an Investment Operations Analyst, based in Amsterdam, who can support the operational management of our Alternative Fixed Income Asset Management desk. We offer a steep learning curve and the opportunity to work closely with the analysts, portfolio managers and partners in a pivotal position within the team. The team uses its deep understanding of complex credit markets and structures to deliver attractive returns to our investors by investing in alternative fixed income securities, which is done through both investment funds and (single investor) mandates. Responsibilities of the role

  • Working with our custodians and external counterparties on trade instructions, settlements, and reconciliations
  • Ensuring that all account positions and cash flows are accurate and differences reconciled / documented
  • Generating internal and external reporting using third party inputs such as documentation and valuations
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in reconciling and approving the periodical NAVs and Client reports
  • Maintaining operational records through the Portfolio Management System
  • Taking ownership of ongoing and future implementation projects focused on improving the trade workflow in our Portfolio Management System
  • Taking ownership of operational risk and control processes and keeping management/investment teams informed of any issues or exposures and ISAE 3402 projects and controls
  • Ensuring that desk procedures are kept up to date, and challenging the status quo of existing processes to improve functional support day to day processes


  • Relevant master’s degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Good understanding of and interest in financial products and processes – predominantly Fixed Income
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Advanced Excel skills are desired
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
