Dynamic Credit has acquired the mortgage portfolio of Athora Netherlands. The mortgages, which were predominantly granted under the Reaal label, will be merged into two new products, the Dynamic Lekker Wonen Hypotheek (formerly Reaal Lekker Wonen) and the Dynamic Verantwoord Wonen Hypotheek (other products).

The terms of the mortgage loans will remain the same for all customers. For customers with a savings mortgage, the savings insurance will continue to be provided by Reaal.

Reaal stopped actively granting new mortgages in 2020, now ceasing its mortgage business with this transaction. Dynamic Credit will take over the customer relationship and duty of care for these mortgages. The economic ownership has been acquired by an institutional investor.

With this transaction, Dynamic Credit expands its role as a mortgage lender/master servicer, demonstrating that we are not only a partner in granting new mortgages, but also a provider of solutions for existing portfolios.
