Dynamic Credit-originated mortgage loans back Garanti BBVA International’s first RMBS
Dynamic Credit welcomes the completion of Garanti BBVA International (GBI) inaugural residential mortgage-backed securitisation (RMBS) transaction, issued through Klaver Mortgage Finance 2026 B.V. The transaction is backed by a portfolio of approximately EUR 536 million of Dutch prime residential mortgage receivables originated by Dynamic Credit under the bijBouwe brand, with Quion acting as sub-servicer.

The transaction comprises EUR 509.5 million of Class A Notes, EUR 26.8 million of Class B Notes and EUR 3.2 million of Class C Notes, all of which are retained by GBI. The Class A Notes have been rated Aaa(sf) by Moody’s and AAAsf by Fitch Ratings. Approximately 24% of the portfolio benefits from a guarantee under the Dutch National Mortgage Guarantee (NHG) scheme.

“We are pleased that GBI’s Dutch RMBS is backed by a portfolio of Dynamic Credit-originated mortgage loans. Our origination platform was built to give investors real flexibility in how they fund and hold their exposure, whether as whole loans on balance sheet, through a fund or through securitisation. This transaction is a testament to that. We look forward to continuing our partnership with GBI.”
