A large international investor has acceded to Dynamic Credit’s Dutch mortgage investment program, marketed under the bijBouwe brand, adding to a portfolio of over € 10 billion of originated mortgages.

The Dynamic Credit collective mortgage investment program offers institutional investors tailored ways to invest in Dutch mortgages, one of the most interesting asset classes in the European mortgage markets. This provides flexibility in choosing the optimal mix of mortgage exposure in terms of risk and duration, whilst keeping costs at a minimum and providing unique liquidity options. This ensures investors are in control of their investment when investing in Dutch mortgages.

Dynamic Credit has originated over € 10 billion in mortgages, with commitments from pension funds, insurance companies, and banks. For the first time, a foreign investor has committed a significant amount to the Dynamic Credit Dutch mortgage investment program.

We see a trend in the European mortgage markets where more international investors are investing in Dutch mortgages due to an attractive risk/return profile compared to alternative investments.
